PUMpKIN SWEETS

My first cooking class is tomorrow and the theme is Pumpkin! I was asked to bake some pumpkin sweets...

Pumpkin Cracker

-Pumpkin's skin
-carrots leaves
-whole wheet flour(100g)
-canola oil (1tbsp)
-salt (1tsp)

Mix all the ingredients in the food processor and spread(2-3mm) on the oven sheet. Cut it into pieces (smaller size would be easier to eat) with knife, and bake 30 min. in 160 degrees.

This quick cracker is quite hard...maybe not for the babies in my class tomorrow...
So I tried out the different recipe.

Pumpkin cookies for Baby

-corn starch (80g)
-egg yolk (from 1 egg) + 1tsp mashed pumpkin
-sugar (2tbsp)
-formula milk (2tbsp)
-water (if the dough is too dry)

1. Mix egg yolk and pumpkin with sugar in a bowl really well (use whisk)
2. Add the rest of ingredients in the bowl and mix. If the dough is too dry, add water little by little. Add corn starch if the dough gets too wet.
3.Make small baby size balls. bake 7-9 min. 190 degrees oven.
