Cinnamon Buns

I think nobody would hate Cinnamon Buns in this world...just sooo good u know!! Even though you had the worst day in your life, the warm soft cinnamon roll will bring you to the heaven...at least while you are munching... this is the recipe I like the best. I went crazy on baking it and ended up making 3 times since last night...mmm! sooo good!!

(for 9 buns)
Dough
-400g flour
-3 tbsp sugar
-1tsp salt
-1 egg
-1 cup milk
-6g dry yeast

Filling
-45g brown sugar
-2tbsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp nutmeg
-butter (to spread on the dough)

Icing
-20g butter
-30g cream cheese
-20g icing sugar
-vanilla extract


I used the Home Bakery machine to make dough. Use wine bottle, spread the dough a big rectangle. Spread the butter and filling equally(leave one side just with butter as glue the dough at the end)
Roll up the dough and cut it into 9 pieces. Place each piece with good space (it will rise!) and leave in the 35-39 degrees oven for 40 min.

Put some beaten egg on top of each roll and bake for 15 min. in 180 degrees oven.
Put some icing on when it's still hot!!! and eat it right away!!!!!

*make sure you warm up the buns in microwave for 20 sec just before you eat. if you will eat them later...
