2 cups -flour
1 cup- whole wheat flour
1/2 cup- canola oil
1/4 cup -apple juice (100%)
1/2 tsp -salt
*mix dry ingredients in a bowl, adding oil little by little and mix the flour with hands. when it becomes dry powder like, then add apple juice little by little to make it into one ball. You can use this dough right away! Without letting to sit it down in the fridge.
